At Guest Womenswear, we want shopping with us to feel simple and considered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition with tags attached

Returned in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please ensure international returns are sent with duties and taxes marked as returned goods. Guest Womenswear is not responsible for customs charges incurred on returned parcels.
Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@guestwomenswear.co.uk so we can make it right.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a different size or style is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above (unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
